Mad About the Twilight Series – Vampire Obsessed

Are you just crazy mad about the Twilight Series? I mean madly vampire or wolf obsessed about Edward Cullen or Jacob Black. As the saying goes, are you on Team Edward or Team Jacob? This series of books and now on the big screen is a major phenomenon. Women and teens all over the world are biting at the bit waiting on the movie Breaking Dawn after seeing Twilight and the recently released Eclipse.

Wow, this Twilight craze is literally insane. From young teens on up to Twilight moms this series of books and the recent movies that hit the big screen has created a vampire obsession that is just intense!

This series has become bigger then the Harry Potter mania by far. The second movie Eclipse which was just released on big screen has roughly grossed an astronomical $ 300 million mark worldwide. This movie is based on the third novel in the series which was the fourth best selling book in the year 2008 with over 4.5 million copies sold.

Here is a lovely taste from the book for you to enjoy…

Edward’s soft voice came from behind me. I turned to see him spring lightly up the porch steps, his hair windblown from running. He pulled me into his arms at once, just like he had in the parking lot, and kissed me again.

This kiss frightened me. There was too much tension, too strong an edge to the way his lips crushed mine-like he was afraid we had only so much time left to us.

Whew! After that, you must follow this sequence of novels, by the now famous Stephanie Meyer as she continues the saga of Isabella Swan and her vampire love, Edward Cullen. A love story with everything your heart desires from romance, a love triangle, forbidden love and oh the twists and turns that bring circumstances together attempting to tear the two lovers apart and the lingering threat of death causing hearts to pound with a deep desire for that happy ending.

Uh, can I just say, I am right there with you! My vampire obsession continues.
