You’re right. Twilight is a romance, a unique spin of Romeo and Juliet. People that expect it to be a vampire horror story will be disappointed.
I’m getting so sick of this whole “team Edward vs. team Jacob” thing. Especially since most people choose based on what the actors look like in the movies, which don’t capture the beauty of the books by half. By the end of Eclipse, there isn’t even a competition for Bella, and anyone who’s read the books would know that, and know why. So why is there such an obsession of teams? It’s so irritating after a while.

The “Twilight” books are ok. I don’t like them, but they’re ok. I’m just wondering why the whole Bella-wants-to-be-a-vampire issue took Almost FOUR BOOKS. Especially because we knew it had to happen, otherwise a geriatric Bella would someday be Making a quilt for Eddy and getting dentures.

Wanna see this movie again. As I see twilight, the story isnt the greatest ever told. But the music and setting is awesome and that is a big part of it for me. So yes the lines are not that good but thats not all
this should never be compared to harry potter. you cant compare something so…national to something universal. everyone knows harry potter. EVERYONE. this isn’t even worth being compared to harry potter.

Idk why but I didn’t like this movie that much. Maybe its cause it was my favorite book & I had higher expectations. But all the other ones were good! I wish the guy who directed breaking dawn did all the twilight movies. Like seriously he’s the only director who made the movies like the book. 🙂

i have nothinv against kstew but her acting isnt the greatest. shes so….emotionless and awkward when she acts.
I personally think that Twilight is popular because teenage girls can very easily put themselves in Bella’s shoes & get a ‘handsome’ guy like Edward because let’s face it, Bella isn’t that interesting
I used to like the Twilight books…when I was 12. But since then I’ve grown up & decided that IMO they really aren’t that well written, and I don’t really like the films – they’re boring, especially the first one, oh gosh :/
